How long does a typical CPR training session last? The duration of CPR training sessions may vary based on the course. Basic courses for laypersons often last a few hours, while more advanced courses may require additional time.


Can I learn CPR online? Yes, we offer online CPR courses for your convenience. Online courses cover essential theory, and hands-on skills can be practiced during in-person training sessions.


Is CPR training suitable for children? Yes, CPR training can be adapted for children. Basic CPR skills can be taught to children, and pediatric CPR courses are available for those who work with or care for children.


What does the babysitter training cover? Our babysitter training course covers child safety, basic first aid, emergency response, and essential childcare skills. It now also includes information on blood-borne pathogen safety and hands-on CPR workplace safety.


What age groups are suitable for babysitter training? Babysitter training is suitable for individuals typically aged 11 and older. The course now includes information on blood-borne pathogen safety and hands-on CPR workplace safety.


Is lifeguard training suitable for non-swimmers? Lifeguard training is typically recommended for individuals who are strong swimmers. Non-swimmers are encouraged to take beginner swimming courses before pursuing lifeguard training. Our lifeguard training also includes CPR skills and blood-borne pathogen safety.
